(These Are Not Part of the Ultimate Fitness Challenge)

Push-Ups   Sit-Ups   Pull-Ups   Jump Rope

are each based on (60) Sixty Second Timed Rounds – Maximum Reps.
You may participate in one challenge or all of the events.

All entrants must pre-register to compete. Limited space is available which is determined on a first-come, first-serve basis. All entrants who pre-register also receive Free Admission to the Long Island Sports & Fitness Expo. Spectator tickets are available at the door the day of the event or you may purchase discounted tickets on our website.

SIT-UPS
Both feet flat on the ground with knees bent. Palms of hands must be placed behind the ears.
Athlete will raise up and touch both elbows to the knees and then go back down with the
shoulder blades touching the ground. That is one rep.

PUSH-UPS

Palms of hands must be placed on the floor with arms away from the body
(cannot be tucked into the sides). One repetition will be complete when the
upper arm and the forearm form a right angle to the elbow.

PULL-UPS

Grab the bar overhead with a forward grip (shoulder width apart in a full stretched out position). The athlete must touch their chin to the bar and come back down
into a full stretch at the bottom. That is one rep.

JUMP ROPE

Athlete will jump rope with the most continuous number of jumps/reps
without stopping. If athlete misses, the count must start over.
